What is Fomo?
Fomo is a quiet space for tasks, focus sessions, daily intentions and personal progress. Its name is an invitation to focus more, and fear a little less about everything else.
Where is my data?
Workspace data stays on the device where you use Fomo. There are no accounts or automatic cloud sync. The public website does not read workspace data.
Can I keep a backup?
The focus workspace provides Export and Import in Settings. Exports are JSON files that you choose where to keep. Import asks before replacing the current workspace.
Where can I learn how to use it?
The workspace has its own Help page with explanations of tasks, sessions, backup and keyboard shortcuts. This public website provides an overview of the product and its philosophy.
